Rates

A security deposit of $300 is required to reserve the house for up to one week. This deposit is returned, less any damages or charges incurred during the rental. The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 60 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30-60 days of the start of the rental date will forfeit half the deposit. Cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the rental date will forfeit the entire deposit.

Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 12:00 noon. Depending on our cleaning schedule it is sometimes possible to allow guests an earlier arrival or later departure. Guests must follow arrival and departure time schedules unless you get approval in advance.
