Rates

A security deposit of 30% is required to reserve the house. The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 60 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30-60 days of the start of the rental date will forfeit half the deposit. Cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the rental date will forfeit the entire deposit. There is an $80 cash cleaning fee that is left at the house at the end of the rental.
